Photos: Third Vancouver Rally To End Seige on Gaza/Protest Israeli War Crimes

The rally went really well. There was a turn up of around 200-250 (if not more!) in pouring rain with police standing by. I myself stayed for about 45 minutes before I had to give in. But I got to yell along on some of the slogans, and it was certainly positive to see that more people were joining in when I was leaving. I'm sending the pictures I took. They are not as good as they could be, mainly because of the rain and because they're taken on a cell phone. People included all sorts of activists and progressive movements, and also a new politician (who was boo'ed out because he was not pro a one-state solution for Palestine but was talking of mutual respect). Elderly, students, kids and couples. I saw them all there.
